Do you have chicken skin on your arms which looks like acne. This skin condition is called Keratosis Pilaris in which an area of the skin have rough, painless bumps. They can usually be found on a person’s upper arms, but there are some instances where they can also appear on the thighs, legs, buttocks, or even the face.
